● Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made upfront or based on the agreed milestone before work begins.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started. Revisions are included based on the agreed scope, but major changes outside the original request may require additional fees.
● Revisions Policy
A set number of revisions will be provided per project as agreed beforehand. Revisions cover minor adjustments such as text changes, timing tweaks, or small visual edits.
Requests that significantly change the concept, structure, or direction of the video will be treated as a new project or may incur additional charges.
